1. Copyrights and trademarks
By submitting a design to Harmony Manufactory , or using logos stored on the site, you warrant and represent that you are the sole, legal owner or licensee of all rights, including copyright, to each copyright, trademark, service mark, trade name, logo, statement, portrait, graphic, artwork, photograph, picture or illustration of any person or any other intellectual property included in such design.
All items shown on this web site containing corporate logos or registered trademarks are shown only to
illustrate Harmony Manufactory 's logo reproduction capabilities. Purchase of merchandise from
Harmony Manufactory in no way, shape or form does not grant you permission to reproduce logos, nor does it transfer, grant or lease ownership of any logos or trademarks to you.

2. Shipping information
Orders are shipped FOB China by sea from their point of our manufacture. Please contact us for terms of
delivery on C&F Basis. We work with our main forwarder but will also work with your nominated forwarder.

3. Payment options
Harmony Manufactory accepts the following methods of payment:T/T, D/P or L/C and so on. For instance, by T/T, 30% as deposit and the balance after shipment against B/L copy. or by L/C, but the L/C amount must be over USD10,000/order. Please contact our export salesman for this information.

4. Order changes/cancellations
Harmony Manufactory will make every effort, upon your request, to change or cancel your order. If the order has not yet started the production process, no additional charge or cancellation fees will be applied. In the case of changes, the setup fees may vary from the original quote depending on your requirements.
If an item has begun production, unfortunately, we cannot stop or change the order. We can, if you wish, prevent shipment or redirect it. You will be charged the original amount quoted for all orders cancelled at this stage.

5. Rush orders
In a hurry, search for our products with a production time of 15 days. These items can be manufactured in 15 working days and then be on their way to you. Production in our manufactory is non-stop in 24 hours. By working with our manufacturers, we will try to speed a product through that will meet your requirements. In many cases, additional charges are associated with rush orders and they will be quoted separately if necessary.

6. Satisfaction guarantee
Harmony Manufactory wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To ensure we meet this standard, we offer only premium, branded merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your promotional product purchase we will replace, or refund your order. Just call 86-662-3192689 or click here to email us within 30days of your purchase's arrival and we will resolve the issue.

7. Minimum quantities and less than minimum orders
Minimum quantity requirements vary depend on our factory. In cases our factory's minimum order requirement exceeds your requested quantity, at Harmony Manufactory specialist will assist you. Short production runs can be arranged (at a higher cost per unit) and our team is happy to provide a special quote or other recommendation to get you the right product. 8. Terms and conditions
Applicant authorizes Harmony Manufactory to investigate its credit history and understands that Harmony Manufactory may also utilize other sources of credit that it considers necessary. Such information will be held in strictest confidence. Applicant agrees to indemnify and hold Harmony Manufactory or any other person harmless from all liability, damage, or expense arising from or relating to any and all credit investigation.
Applicant allows that the findings of this investigation may not necessarily result in an approved line of credit, and may result in deposit, prepayment, or further security demand, or even termination, regardless of activity status.
The failure of seller to insist upon the performance of any of the terms or conditions of this contract or to exercise any right thereunder shall not be deemed to be a waiver of such terms, conditions or rights in the future, nor shall it be deemed to be a waiver of any other term, condition, or right under this contract.
No terms and conditions other than those stated herein, and no agreement or understanding, in any way purporting to modify these terms and conditions, shall be binding on seller without the seller's written consent.
By submitting a purchase order to Harmony Manufactory you agree to all the terms and conditions as set forth by our terms and conditions.

Harmony.com invites you to review our brand for first time purchasers of personal care tools and Multi-functional Tools:
1. I want to place an order, but I have some questions. What can I do?
Answer: Customer service is our #1 Priority. Just give us a call at 86-662-3192689 and one of our
sales/service representatives will be happy to answer your questions and take your order over the phone.

2. Is the packagings included in price and are there any extra charges involved?
Answer: Every item includes packaging or decoration charges on products according as our own packaging way. But it does not imply the item includes your special demand on packaging. We cannot list them all, because at times our factories will feature short term to specials with screen or set up charges. What is amounts to is this:If our contract for this year with any given factory is on packaging or set up charges, then we will charge you either. If they do we will. Fair enough?

3. What is your lead time for an order and if I have a special event date that has to meet, can you help me?
Answer: Generally speaking the industry standard from date of order to delivery is 3 weeks. Some items will
arrive a week or so sooner, some a week or so later. For special event needs, we strongly advise you to
contact us on the phone immediately so that we may access your needs and recommend products to you that can be delivered to meet your event date. Rest assured, that our company policy states that we will not, under any circumstances, take an order we cannot fill in time for your event.

4. I can't seem to locate the item(s) I want on the site. Do you have more?
Answer: Although we maintain a large selection online, we actually have over 1000 items available. Just
contact us explain what you are looking for, and we will provide you with the information you desire.

5. I would like to have a sample of an item before placing my order. If I request a sample, will you send me one?
Answer: We handle sample requests on a, "Case by Case", basis. Since most of the items we feature are of the, "Brand Name Variety", we do not see a real need for samples of those items to be provided. Again, we do sample requests, but on a limited basis.

6. Do you accept orders from military installations or government agencies?
Answer: Absolutely yes. We will ship to APO's and accept IMPAC or government credit cards. In placing your order online, please make absolutely certain that your are providing us with the exact way a shipment has to be addressed to be delivered. Also, provide full contact information so that we may contact you in a timely fashion with any questions that we may have.

7. What are your general payment terms for an order?
Answer: We accept all major credits. We will accept your company check in advance, after you have contacted us with the order so we can determine what the total cost is, to provide you with a final total. We will give open 30 day net invoice accounts to companies who have a good credit rating with D & B or American Business and we accept written and signed purchase orders from the same and or city, county, state and federal agencies.

8. Do you accept orders for shipment?
Answer: Yes, but only under certain circumstances. One is full payment in advance for your order via bank
wire transfer. Credit cards will not be accepted. If foreign text is to be utilized on an imprint you must provide a usable camera-ready art file to our factories specifications. Since shipping distance can be a great factor in delivery, overseas critical event dated orders must be shipped via Priority Overnight or we will not guarantee delivery to meet a specified date. Plan ahead for delivery and save on shipping cost. Overseas customers must provide their choice of carrier; their account information and we will charge shipping, duties and any related charges to their account. Also, some factories just will not deliver overseas, so some products may not be available. You may contact us for further details via email at sales@harmony-inc.com .
